Now, every morning I look forward to starting my day with this workout.
Even though this DVD felt pretty challenging for me I really feel this is about as close to a perfect yoga workout as you can get.
I love how Fat Free Yoga makes me feel and I love how it works my whole body in a challenging but very doable way.
