This book gives a lot of misinformation regarding Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Patients do in fact die from ME/CFS and to tell someone that exercise makes it better is just down right dangerous. People with ME/CFS should not be exercising at all unless they are working with an ME/CFS specialist who advises them to do extremely gentle exercise such a stretching.

If the patient is able to reduce their overall viral and/or retroviral load they should be able to do some mild exercise again.
