5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastically campy and entertaining, May 26, 2010

This review is from: Fatty Girl Goes to New York (DVD)
FANTASTICALLY campy early 80s movie from Italy. I watched it twice I loved it so much. The plot is so far out, and the attitudes expressed towards women of size as well as gay men and transsexuals is so archaic, but in the framing of this cheesy time-capsule of a film, you cant help but laugh at it all. There are some great shots of vintage New York, a couple of great cheesy 80s music numbers and various plot turns that will have you scratching your head in dis-belief. A real camp classic.
