A beautiful faucet, but . . . two issues.

1. The nice looking oval-shaped base seems to provide less stability than a traditional rectangular base, thus some fore/aft wobble when operating the handle. Seems trivial, but I never ceased to notice, even after a year of use.

2. More significantly . . . After about a year, one of the ears broke off of the plastic bracket inside the spout swivel base, causing the whole swivel assembly to start coming apart from the base. I noted that the replacement that I purchased (a different brand) used a similar design bracket inside the swivel base, but the part was brass rather than plastic. Nuff said.

The faucet was easy to install but the instructions are a bit kludgey. Must have been written in China. One point of advise, do not remove the plastic cover off of the end of the vegetable sprayer. I thought it was to protect the tip but it is actually the quick connect. As least I didn't throw it away.

Another issue, after the install was complete the hot water valve leaked allowing a trickle of hot water to run out of the spicket when the handle was in the off position. I called Delta customer service and they are sending a parts kit out free-of-charge. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Assuming this works, we will be happy with the faucet.

The Delta quality exceeds my expectation and after installing this unit I was so pleased that I decided to buy three more of different models. I bought one for each bathroom sink and one for the garage sink. If you need a new or just different you cannot go wrong with Delta. The price is pretty doggone good too.

in my parents' house there is a delta faucet, and already has 27 years of use. is perfect, I buy one of these for over 2 years and so far not a drop, very nice design, very, very tough, I recommend it 100%

Not very well made and does not sit sturdy on the sink. Always get the feeling it will pop anytime. For a while (maybe a year) it worked fine and then it started to drip. I was too lazy to change again and so let it leak for a few moths and surprisingly the leak stopped. But after another 6 months the handle broke.

At the base of the single handle, we get water spraying in random directions whenever we move the faucet. The good news is that Delta has sent repair kits for this (without charge) twice. The bad news is that it didn't help. Now I'm told they'll send another part which isn't included in their repair kits (?) and isn't shown on the schematic for my faucet. Is it the wrong part? A part designed to fix a known problem? Or just another run-around; it takes up to 14 WORKING DAYS (nearly 3 weeks) for this part - the size of a rubber band - to arrive.

If this doesn't fix it, I'll demand a replacement faucet. Definitely not a happy (or dry) camper.

Bought this on a gold box deal for ~$50. Great for the price. Only complaints are that the sprayer hose is a little short and the base could be a little wider since it is rounded, but overall a great value.

I just love this faucet and spray unit. It looks great, and is solidly built. Removing the old faucet was a huge pain in the butt. In fact, it took almost three and a half hours. The penetrating oil took forever to work its way into the threads. Once I got the old unit out, the new one went in very quickly. The spray unit just slipped easily onto the pipe, and grabbed tightly. I highly recommend this unit.

Great faucet, even better price! I installed this new faucet in my sink and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. Works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.
