Our well pump produces low pressure, was looking for a new handheld shower, would be satisfied with decent plain shower pressure, massage functions of most simply don't work here. Unpack item, first good thing: solid brass insert in arm that screws to shower pipe, not plastic to metal. Second: ignore review that says angle of the bracket is not adjustable, it is by loosening plastic collar at other end (it's a typical ball in socket design). Third: unit's handle is smaller but I find that an advantage.

Most important: review is based on removal of the flow restrictor. This is easy to do: It's the green plug with a black rubber ring you can see inside the end of the actual spray head. It is just a press fit, if you cannot pull it straight out with needle nose pliers, punch a hole in it so you get a better grip...it will pull out.

Even with low pressure the massage functions work well here. Two minor annoyances: the trickle position is still a mild shower and the spray select has no markings or detents, you have to feel your way to each position.

FIVE STAR hand-held shower head has NO COMPETITION! After trying more than 20 models over the years, this one is the KING. Soft, gentle, relaxing volumous spray, and the MOST INVIGORATING MASSAGE setting of any model on the market. SORE MUSCLES BEWARE; you haven't a chance after therapy with this HAND HELD WONDER. If you dye your hair, this is the most efficient and quickest way to remove the residue. Thick hair rinses completely in seconds! I will never purchase another brand or model, NONE COMPARE with this one!!!

This is the third one of these that I bought. The first I put in my house, the second in my moms house when I had a house fire and mine was damaged(when I went to move back into my house my mother wouldn't let me taker it with me so I left it for her and bought a third). It is very usefull in that it is small and lightweight for a handheld, plus it conforms to your hand.

ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED BY AMAZON. I INSTALLED IT IN LESS THAN A MINUTE. CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NONE. WENT TO FILE THE WARRANTY AND LOOKED AT THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. CRACKED ME UP, IT STARTS WITH: REMOVE OLD SHOWERHEAD. I COULD JUST SEE SOMEBODY STANDING THERE WITH THE NEW ONE AND LOOKING AT THE OLD ONE AND WONDERING WHAT TO DO NEXT. NEXT MORNING I TRIED ALL THE SETTINGS AND FOUND THE MASSAGE SETTING GREAT. AFTER A WHILE I FELT SOME COLD DROPS ON MY BACK (I SIT ON A HOSPITAL BENCH) CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NONE. LOOKED UP AT THE CEILING AND SAW IT WAS COVERED WITH DROPS. SO I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT WATER PRESSURE. NOW I JUST OPEN THE FAUCETS A LITTLE BIT. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT LAUGH AND PRICED RIGHT. We bought one recently, liked it so much, we're buying another. Like the small compact design. When using hands free in the shower arm mount, it doesn't sit too high like other brands, and the mount is adjustable for directing the spray where you want it. Great water pressure.

This showerhead was very easy to install. It took more time trying to get it out of the plastic packaging! The water pressure was better with the Delta showerhead than my 5 year old Moen showerhead. The palm shower works great when you just want to wash your hair (without taking a shower) and lean your head over the side of the tub. It almost feels like you're at the salon!

I've had this shower head for over 2 years and have found it to be a very good alternative to the standard fixtures. I'm actually finishing up a move to a new place and am relieved I've found this item on Amazon since I decided to let my previous roommate keep my old one. Apparently, Home Depot no longer carries this and I couldn't find this at Lowe's either.

I really like the soft spouts that can be manually brushed every so often to prevent clogging, but I haven't really had to do that much at all. One of the few things I would change is removing the water flow mechanism, but I guess that can be done easy enough if you know how to go about that.

The only concern I have is that the first one I bought from Home Depot had a leaky house, which I was able to easily swap out with a brick-and-mortar store. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product and I disappointed it is not as readily available for purchase on- or off-line.

I bought this to use for bathing my two young girls. They don't stay put and it's hard to reach around the tub to get their hair wet and to adequately rinse them off. This shower head works great for getting the job done quickly and the girls love it.

There other spray options on it, but we just use the basic shower one. The cord is long enough to let me reach across the tub to spray. Super easy to install! I did it myself without my husband!

I bought this unit based upon it's high reviews here. Kinda wich I hadn't now.

While I agree that it is seemimgly well-made piece (hose, mount, connectors), I found the spray selection dial to be of poor design. It's a small little knub that doesn't dial-in easily to one's choice of spray selection. I can get past this but I suspect senior citizens and those with poor eyesight may struggle.

The handle of the spray head is also small. I take the sprayhead in and out of the it's "holster" several times during a shower and really don't give it much thought as a rule however with the small size of the handheld spray head, you could easlily miss it's base when putting it back.

And despite removing the flow restrictor, I found spray pressure to be worse than the previous handhelf shower massage it was replacing.

Finally, the spray settings were not to my liking ... but that's more of a personal preferance I suppose. I like the traditional spray but with the option of a more narrorwed flow. This allows for more concentrated pressure when it comes time for cleaning the shower. It is also a nice spray choice where the shower base rests relatively high.

I uninstalled this unit from our master bath and moved it to a guest bath. I ended up going back to a basic Water-Pik offering that had the sprayhead I was partial to.

I returned this item since the hose is only 5 feet long, not the six feet as noted in the description.
