The soft arm rests are nice, but the chair is a bit on the narrow side. The biggest problem, which caused me to return it, is that the mesh fabric only comes down as far as mid-calf. This is very uncomfortable and cut off circulation to my feet.

Very sturdy chair, just right for someone who needs a little more extra space. There are cheaper versions of this chair out there but they don't compare to this one. Very comfortable. Used for camping, the black does show dust/dirt a little more than a lighter color would, overall a very nice chair. Would purchase again.
If you are purchasing this chair for a bad back then consider that this chair is a little heavy to move around due to it's sturdy construction, but worth the effort.
