This is a piano reduction of the score, but in the lyrics are *only* in Italian, and not the original French. Even if it were in English, at least it would be useful for a U.S. production. As it is, it would only be suitable for an Italian audience, and probably not even then, as a European opera-goer would have fewer qualms about seeing it in the original language.

The Amazon product description did not contain enough information to know this before ordering, though the fact that it was published by Ricordi should have been a tip-off.
