My kids love the faux bow. The only problem is they tend to hit bulls-eyes on top of every roof nearby...and the need to buy more arrows.

This was not what I wanted it was advertised with the compound bow and did not go with that bow.

The Faux Bow ships with 3 arrows and a "quiver" to hold them. 3 arrows is passable but is really not enough! Buy this add-on to go with it if you can spare the cash and it makes the Faux Bow more fun because:

a. More time between reloads (collecting arrows from all over the yard)

b. Still have some arrows left after some of them sail over the fence or on to the roof

In fact, it would be great if they would sell a 100-pack of these arrows so you could sit in the patio chairs and aim at things all over the yard, limiting the need to get up to when you need a refill on your mint julep (or other beverage of choice). Until then, get this extra 6-pack and triple the fun.

5-star rating is for the value of increasing the fun factor of the Faux Bow.

It's obvious that the quality is the usual cheap plastic that you usually see imported from China (not sure they are, but I'd be willing to bet). But, it is a lot of fun and those arrows fly faster and farther than you'd expect! The boys were laughing so hard and having such a blast that I wished I had gotten 2 or 3 of the bows. At least until the plastic thing breaks, they'll have a great time.
