Not worth the purchase price,

I caution the purchaser to think twice before making the purchase. The book is printed on only one side of each sheet. This is not an $11.00 book; it is maybe a $4.00 pamphlet at best. There is precious little information to be gleaned from this pamphlet. There are many more products on the market, each of a much higher quality in terms of useful content.
