Dad's Chili-Cheese Ball
 
16-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, diced and softened
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 to 3 T. chili powder
assorted crackers
 
Combine cheeses and garlic powder; mix well and form into a ball. Pour  a generous amount of chili powder onto a dinner plate. Roll cheese ball  in chili powder until completely coated. Wrap in plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated up to 2 days before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
