This book has a lot of great Gluten Free meal ideas which is always nice when you eat the same things all the time. It's nice to have a variety of things to choose from. I recommend it.

I recently tried to cut gluten out of my diet. I was getting bad headaches and stomachaches and my doctor thought it was worth a shot to try going gluten-free to see if it could help. I was a little nervous trying to navigate the gluten-free world, but this book helped me out and made it a lot easier. I learned a lot about what a gluten-free diet really is and how to avoid the evil wheat ingredient that may be present in foods you wouldn't expect. Another book that has offered me some guidance is 21 Delicious chicken recipes: For simple weeknight dining (Tasty and simple recipes for weeknight dining). Both books hleped me learn how to cook for my new diet and gave me some great ideas so that I didn't feel restricted or depriced in any way.

Since her teens, Beth has suffered from severe and life debilitating allergies. With her love for baking, which began in her childhood, Beth overcame her health challenges by applying herself to gluten-free cooking. She soon discovered that gluten-free can be just as delicious as gluten containing food.
