Mr Phipps has a very powerful voice and deliverance of the religiousd music he sings. Totally inspiring and uplifting. He is one of the best vocalists I have ever heard.

I have had the priviledge of listening to Mr. Phipps sing live twice at the Crystal Cathedral. He has an amazing voice that reaches all the way down into your soul and awakens it. Last time Mr. Phipps was at the Crystal Cathedral, I noticed a really elderly man off to my left looking down most of the church service because his neck muscles were weak and took a lot for him to keep his head up. When the time came for Mr. Phipps to sing "Then Sings My Soul," I noticed the man's head up and smiling from one ear to another. I can't help but think his soul was rejoicing at the sound of Mr. Phipps singing.

Wintley's misic touches my soul. .I stay awake listening to him for all hours . . . He is amazing and has such talent. . . He is so blessed. Mother passed away a week ago today and his music is so comforting.

I counted the seconds of the last note of the first song, and it was 19! First I got goosebumps and then tears. The richness of his voice and his tone are truly a gift from God. How Blessed we are to have him share his talent with us all. God Bless, Terry

This CD has most of my all time favorite old hymns. Some songs are louder than others, so volume needs to be adjusted, but for the quality of this man's voice, I can live with that. Awesome find.

Mr. Phipps brings such rich warmth to these beautiful songs. The content is affirming, encouraging and inspiring. This is a fabulous CD.
