This book features popular and favorite recipes from leading restaurants nationally. The spectrum of recipes from beverages to desserts are delightful and easily prepared. I have had the book since 1982 and have used it so much it is thread bare. How many times have you been in a restaurant, enjoyed your meal and wonder how it was prepared? This would be a superb addition to your cooking library.

I had this book 20 years ago and used some great recipe's out of it. We live near the coast and had a hurricane which flooded our downstairs. It messed my bood up. I don't why it took so long to think on looking on line and "Bingo" I found one. I am thrilled!

Great recipes,especially for dinner parties and such.Fancier ,more gourmet fare although not difficult to prepare.

The book is a collection of restaurant dishes requested by Bon Apetit readers. Many of the recipes are from famous restaurants of the 1980's in contrast to the recipes published by Bon Apetit during the 1990's--which tend to be from small, less famous restaurants. The book arrived promptly but was not in the expected "new book" condition. I contacted the seller and they addressed the matter immediately. I'm pleased with the service by this seller and look forward to using these recipes.

I love this cookbook. I was pleasantly surprised to find a recipe from The Beamreach in Kauai. This was a great restaurant, but closed after Hurricane Iniki and never reopened.

The book arrived promptly and is in good condition. The description didn't indicate (unless I missed it somewhere)that the dust jacket is missing; the picture suggested it was intact. Not a big issue - the important thing is that this book was made available by the seller, as mine burned with all my other possessions in a house fire! Thank you.
