Professor Rector has done an outstanding job in compiling data about this goverments covert and overt attack on blackmen. Very rarely are we given a book which contains a plethora of information concerning such a controversial subject. She very carefully reviews and examines the four fears that blackmen represent in this racist society. Specifically blackmen in the new republic of philadelphia, where police brutality and attack on blackmen is at its all time high. So I encourage all blackmen and women to arm them self with professor Rectors book.
