This review is from: Fear the Corporate 'F' Word : How to Drive Out the Fear That Kills Productivity and Profits (Hardcover)
I found this book to be very helpful in understanding the complex issues that affect corporate America today. I feel this book has enhanced my chances for acheiving a higher status on the corporate ladder. I am better able to understand people's motivations and deal more directly with the underlying fear as opposed to the outer facade they portray. I recommend this book highly to anyone who wants to get ahead in corporate America and anyone feeling held back by the hidden agenda of their coworkers.

I n a world of constant organizational changes, including, down-sizing, delayering, outsourcing and restructuring, fear is rampant today. This fear is a vast energy sink, taking a hugh toll in lost productivity. In this grounding-breaking book, Bob Sherer shows how to drive down the fear to recapture confidence and productive energy in today's workplace. Kenneth Brousseau, Ph.D.
