Nice easy and quick read.
He interviews soldiers who were on patrol in Northern Ireland when Britain was involved with that fiasco. He also tries to highlight the difference between FEAR and an Adrenalin Dump. Not a bad book. Will it help me control fear...for example in a fight or when in a precarious situation......SADLY NO. |
