About the Author
RAY AND NANCY KANE are Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors in private practice in Northbrook, Illinois, where they provide family, individual, marital, adolescent, and child therapy. Ray has his Master's in Social Work and Nancy has her Master's in Counselor Education. Nancy is an associate professor at the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. Ray has been an executive in the retirement industry and currently leads workshops on communication skills and issues for men. Ray and Nancy together conduct marriage enrichment and premarital workshops and speak on a variety of topics related to relationships. They live in Arlington Heights, Illinois, with their two adolescent children and a dog named Buttons.

A friend gave me this book and once I started reading it I didn't want to put it down. I believe the title might be misleading because I believe it hits on many things in life and many situations that we all go through, this book is for everyone. I loved the books so much I bought ten of them and passed them out to family and friends. I received the same reaction from the people I gave it to!

From Fear to Love provides a refreshing, honest outlook on real relationships. An incredible ability to share about the intense trials of their own lives and marriage, the authors were able to grab ahold the hands of their readers and journey through the pain and fear that so often dominates many relationships. However, Ray and Nancy Kane refuse to get distracted or lose hope in their fear, but instead fight through their battles of fear and control until a real, sincere love was found. This book gives hope and inspiration to those struggling to find sincere, unselfish love. They write in a simple, enjoyable manner that all readers can relate to.

Anything other than love is fear based. Many couples are so accustomed to choosing fear over love it is second nature. The Kane's share tools and stories to assist couples to make good choices and keep love alive. Many couples have been conditioned to shutdown, and are more comfortable pulling away.
