Great storyline for a 103 page book!,

Just when Mulder thought he had the answer, it slipped out of his hands! Are ATM's and other electronic devices killing people? Or is it just a bunch of crazy people? How much crazy people are there in a town where a car accident is big news? Small town big case. Mulder and Scully are confused at this weird case, but, of course, does Mulder know the meaning of weird?
