Digitally remastered and expanded edition of the 1988 album from the British Pop combo fronted by singer and film star Patsy Kensit. The band went on to enjoy widespread chart success across Europe, America and Japan. This album features all the band's best loved and most commercially successful tracks including the hit singles 'I'm Not Scared' (written and co-produced by The Pet Shop Boys) and 'Cross My Heart'. This edition contains five bonus tracks including Dance mixes of the singles 'I'm Not Scared', 'Cross My Heart' and 'Baby Baby' plus the b-sides 'Let Me In' and 'J'ai Pas Peur'. The CD booklet includes a UK discography, sleeve notes and features sleeves and images of the band over their career spanning 1983-89. 16 tracks. I originally bought this on cassette in the eighties and completely forgot about this band until I recently saw one of their videos on YouTube. I bought the CD right away because I remembered how much I enjoyed the cassette. It may at times sound cheesy compared to today's music but nevertheless there are some great 80's tunes on this CD. I would have given it five stars but the sound quality was not as good as I would've liked when I cranked up the volume in the car. Oh well, probably better for my aging eardrums anyhow.

I still enjoy this album very much today. There is their very beautiful hit "I'm not scared" produced by the Pet Shop Boys. That song along makes it all worth. Then there are their other hits like "Will you remember" and "Baby baby" with Patsy's nice and warm voice. She doesn't have the strongest voice, but she has charm. All songs are chosen well and support Patsy. it's a shame she gave up her singing career after this album. I wish there would be more releases by Patsy Kensit & Eighth Wonder
