I've been a Pema fan for a long while now. Of course you won't learn anything "new," in sense of a technological breakthrough, but can never have too many reminders and upon repeated listenings [accompanied by practice of course!], like standing in the rain, you get a little wetter each time. You should also consider listening to PC's audio, True Happiness.

Pema's five aphorisms for developing fearlessness which are printed on a card:

1. Reveal your hidden faults.
2. Approach what you find repulsive.
3. Help those you think you cannot help.
4. Anything you are attached to, give that.
5. Go to the places that scare you.
Included are Q&A session and guided meditation practices to work with guilt and shame.

I have all of this wonderful teacher's CD's ... she
is a rare bird---very earthy, real and loving...her
teachings are very heartfelt and accessible to all
who listen to her, you don't have to be Buddhist or
into esoteric spiritual teachings to enjoy this
sweet lady. She has changed my life, & I have been
lucky enough to see her several times in person ---
her CD's and tapes continue to enthrall and amaze me,
no matter how many times I listen to them. Highly recommended.

It is just what I needed to help me refocus on my challenging life. My life is overwhelmed!
I can deal with the day to day personal challenges that have altered my life forever and not feel so bitter.
