This book was just what I needed! It's spiritual without being religious and very thoughtful, practical and meaningful. I carry it in my purse and reference it whenever I'm reaching my limit! I'm a high school teacher so I have my set of emotional challenges. I highly recommend this book for anyone who needs to take on a different perspective!
