About the Author

Lee MinJung was born in Seoul, Korea where she learnt the art of Korean cooking. After completing high school in Korea, she left for Paris to study fashion design and worked for Caruso in Seoul as a Chief Designer.

Today, MinJung lives in Singapore with her husband and two young daughters. She conducts regular cooking classes on Korean, Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and specialises in bringing Korean and Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients together to create new dishes with an exciting twist.
