I had been searching for an easy way to cure homegrown olives, and this book had the best process for me. It describes, compares and contrasts the different methods, and has a wonderful marinade recipe, too.

Was looking for recipes on how to brine olives. This one had a few, but not nearly as much as I was hoping for. Couple of good recipes, but nothing that really knocked my socks off. Good info, however, on the different types and origins of varieties of olives. For what I paid for it, I'm satisfied.

GREAT BOOK, GOOD CONDITION AND PRICE. I love this book being an olive fanatic. Highly recommend. Wish my little olive tree on the patio would fruit. Minnesota, what a olive waste land.
