5.0 out of 5 stars Thankful for this resource! August 18, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
I have been a stay-at-home mom for almost 20 years, and am needing to re-enter the workforce. I enjoy cooking, but I must say that it doesn't come easily for me. I have been looking for a resource that is simple and practical so that we can continue to have home-cooked meals around the dinner table even after I'm back at work. I have been following Tiffany's blog for several years, so I felt like her new ebook could be trusted. (I have a LARGE collection of cooking magazines and cookbooks that ended up not really being types of food my family enjoyed. I did not want to waste my money again!) I have just finished looking through the ebook and I am so excited!! Tiffany has once again made something that has been overwhelming to me seem like a surmountable task. The meals are all ones that even my pickiest eaters will enjoy. I can't wait to start trying the recipes. I have it downloaded to my laptop so I can easily pull up each recipe as I need it. (No searching for index cards written in my chicken scratch!) With doing some of the quick tips Tiffany suggested, I know my 13 year old daughter will be able to get many of these dinners prepared on her own, which will make life a little easier for me as well. I'm so thankful this resource came along at a time that I really needed it!
