I will be honest I haven't had a lot of happiness dealing with this company they tend not to allow any contact with them either by email or phone, but since I bought this through Amazon and didn't notice the company I was dealing with I ended up making another purchase from them. This one arrived on time so I am pleasantly surprised. Just make sure if you want something from them to allow PLENTY of time for it to arrive.
