I don't think it's possible to have more facts about the connection of food to asthma. The subtitle is "How food affects asthma and what you can do about it." Ms Dengate tells you that and more. Some chapters: "The Failsafe Diet", "How to avoid problem foods" (i.e. sulphites and MSG), "Managing other assthma triggers" (i.e. dust mites and pollen); "Foods to eat, foods to avoid". She even gives gives recipes for "failsafe" meals. If you find just one of her facts helpful, then this book is priceless.
