This is a book written for lawyers. According to the Amazon statistics 45% of the people who look at this book buy it from Amazon. I assume at least some of those are lawyers. This is an American Bar Association publication which is also offered at the ABA bookstore online, new, for about a third of the price advertised here. Go banking lawyers!
