How do you review a treatise that in two volumes sets the stage for an entire area of the law. Liebman & Hertz materials (along with their frequent updates) define this area of the law in language readily understandable by the layman (ok.. almost understandable by the layman). The tome is a must for any lawyer, paralegal or or friend of a jailhouse lawyer who engages in post-conviction litigation.
