This book which cost about $170 was rated in 'very good' condition by the seller. When I received it, the whole book was heavily highlighted (2/3 of each page, with different marker colors), there are pencil marks on every page, and comments written in margins, etc. It makes reading and studying very difficult! I am highly disappointed.

I had the worst experience with Amazon on the purchase of this book. I was charged 3 times to my debit card, all in all over $600 was taken out of my account for a book worth $170
They denied it and after hours on the phone with my bank and amazon they finaly admitted it and it took 5 days to get a refund

Amazon Sucks!
