Another new band playing some classic thrash! Yes!!
Bonded by Blood plays some classic thrash in the vein of Anthrax, Exodus, Overkill and Death Angel. Feed the Beast is very well produced and sounds incredible!! It is so good to hear thrash make a comeback, especially when it is played right. Bonded by Blood takes you by the throat and never lets go.

THRASH RULES,

Bonded By Blood is an amazingly talented group. If you are going to name yourself after the song of a legendary thrash metal band like Exodus... you better be able to bring it. Thankfully, these guys f*****g rock. Saw them live recently and can't express enough how much fun they are to listen to. They are proof that the thrash scene is alive and well.

Heard Immortal life a couple years ago and decided to finally pick this album up after listening to Exiled to Earth. This album is awesome. Mind Pollution, Immortal life (of course), Psychotic Pulse, and Feed the Beast are some of my favorites as well as the bonus track Vengeance. Highly recommended for any thrash fan.

A very good, skilled bunch of Mexican cats from Pomona, Cali form a band called Bonded By Blood, they release Feed The Beast n the rest is history now Earache records is one of the best labels around! This is Thrash heaven n Bonded By Blood leads the charge, with a little band called Gama Bomb also ( we will get into Gama Bomb soon! )
This album is very good I like the energy througout, it doesn't let up, you have to realize that this was recorded when they weren't even 21 yet?! These guys understand n pay homage to pure Thrash! Done the oldschool way, you will hear influences in Exodus obviously, Death Angel, Testament, Razor.... so yeah these guys have definitely took notes from the best.... it shows in songs like Civil Servant ( killer licks, sick solo ), Psychotic Pulse ( good lyrics ) these guys didn't try to create a song like Holy Wars or Verbal Razors of that caliber, but these collection of songs will have you banging your head for a long time! Also its very cool that they did the theme song of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! ( I grew up on that cartoon! ) Self Immolation n Another Disease are my favorties, they have that Exodus feel to it real oldschool! I just saw these guys live on Dec 11th, they are excellent live! I bet only 2 are older than me, that's why they inspire me to pick up the guitar n thrash out! Mexicans at that?! Just like me! The original lead singer Jose aka Alladin recently quit, so Mutants of War singer Mauro ( I got to hang out with him for a lil bit ) filled in for him, he sounds great, Alex the axeman is a young guitar god in my opinion, he has got talent.... I've never heard any Bonded By Blood before the show, I always see this cd at the record store I just never buy it, so I bought at the merch booth from the Bass player, I also got it autographed by him n Alex.... I should have checked out Bonded By Blood a long time ago, I do recommend this cd to any thrash metal fan, not a classic but a head banging good time!

Bonded By Blood, as their name suggests, are basically a clone of early Exodus. Their sound, music and vocals, will instantly take you back to the early Bay Area thrash scene. I agree with others, that they lack their own identity, but it's possible they will come into their own on future releases. Although unoriginal, the thrash they play is well executed, intense, and energetic. They definitely capture the spirit of thrash metal here. Because it is so well done, and because I'm a huge thrash metal fan, I really enjoy this album. I highly recommend this band to anyone who is a fan of thrash, a fan of early Exodus, and a fan that isn't too picky about originality.

I am soooooooo glad these guys debuted with this album. I first heard Bonded By Blood do their "Theme From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" on Myspace, and do they know how to thrash! it is the late 1980's all over again. they really know how to solo, even though their solos sound like they are 2 minutes long. this is perfect for those that also like Demiricous, and would you believe that these guy are teenagers? I hope that they release another album next year. if you like these guys, I recommend Demiricous and Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, and old-school thrash bands such as Slayer.
