Editorial Reviews

Vendetta is one of the more prolific and well-known German Thrash bands, existing since 1987. Feed The Extermination is their brand new fourth album, produced by the legendary Dan Swanö (Edge of Sanity, Nightingale, Bloodbath) at Unisound, Sweden. Showing a more aggressive, yet progressive approach with Feed The Extremination , Vendetta rip their way into your brain with these 10 killer tracks. Recent European tours with the likes of Sodom, Kreator, Destruction, Dew Scented, Overkill, Metal Church, Exodus, Overkill, Testament and Hatesphere have only hardened their Vendetta! Come and FEED THE EXTERMINATION !!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Ah man. This kills me. May 1, 2013
Format:Audio CD
Vendetta, one of thrash metal's most underrated bands. In the 80s they released one classic thrash album "Go And Live...Stay And Die", and another solid good album being "Brain Damage." I have always liked this band. They are from the same country that brought us the likes of Kreator, Destruction, Tankard, and Sodom. Well, here we are, the review for "Feed The Extermination." This album barely made it at the three star mark for quite a few reasons. The quality of the songs are poor, incredibly poor. In fact, the production is about on the same level as St. Anger from Metallica. The song writing...Well, they try to take a step in a more mature direction feeding off of the energy from the last album "Hate" I didn't really work too well. The songs sound rushed, forced, and quite frankly, on the musical aspect, its sloppy. I expected better from the band that gave us the likes of "Go and Live...Stay and Die" and "Brain Damage" heck, even "Hate" was better than this. I won't give this album another listen, but it doesn't mean I have lost faith in this band.
