I was very interested in this book because I suffer from high cholesterol and my family has a history of colon cancer. I am like the author and only need to lose those extra 10 pounds. This book was very educational and gave me a new insight on fiber. It helped explain the different types of fiber and the benefits of each one. Fiber cuts down on bad cholesterol, diabetes, colon cancer and strenghtens the immune system. It also helps suppress your appetite. The book gave many tips in helping you lose the unwanted weight by introducing fiber in to your daily diet. I am going to follow the authors advice and introduce more fiber in to my diet to help lose the weight and become healthier. The diet seems to be easy to follow without being costly like some of the other diets I have tried. The author also suggests keeping a journal to track your daily intake. I think all of the suggestions were good and I am definitely going to give it a try.

Fell Full Miracle is not your typical weight loss book. In fact, it's much different from any diet book I've ever read. The book was easy to read and had a ton of great tips for how to increase your daily fiber intake and obviously how to feel full longer and lose weight all at the same time. The author took the time to break down different types of fiber and the benefits of each one and I actually feel like I learned quite a bit in the short amount of time it took me to read the book.

One of my personal goals for 2012 is to lose the extra weight I've put on the last two years and I'm hoping that increasing my fiber intake and following the great tips I found in this book will help me out with this! I'm actually going to be heading over to the website listed at the end of the book tomorrow at work to read more about fiber and hopefully find some good recipes and some more tips for helping me shed these unsightly pounds!

I have tried everything under the sun to try to lose weight and generally the get slim quick diets do work, for a while at least, but it is very difficult to maintain such strict and limiting diet plans and most of the time I find myself craving foods that are very unhealthy. I gave this book a try because I have heard quite a bit about the benefits of a high fiber diet aside from giving you a full feeling it can also stabilize your blood sugar levels so that you don't have as many craving for sweet or salty foods. I found some great advice in this book and I feel that I would be able to incorporate these fiber rich foods into my diet slowly so that I don't completely shock my system! I most definitely intend on trying out the suggestions and foods that are provided in this book and hopefully I will have a slow/steady weight loss that will be more realistic and easier to maintain.

This book is very straight-forward and easy to read - unlike some health books that have a lot of technical wording and such. This book focuses on a high-fiber diet, and making small changes in your life to get to a healty lifestyle. It gives great, practical tips for getting more fiber into your diet through snacks and meals, and Ifound it to be very helpful in increasingthe fiber in my diet. I know from experience that high-fiber diets can, in fact, keep you feeling full longer - and I loev that this books helps me incorporate more fiber into my lifestyle.
