A healthcare revolution is needed in the world right now and hopefully this book will help start it. This book should be mandatory reading for everyone wishing to make a difference in their life and their loved ones along with all healthcare providers! You don't need a medical degree to understand this book. All you need is an open mind and the desire to want to change your health. The book will guide you the rest of the way. Dr. SAM's approach is simple and to the point. It's the 'basics of health' that are needed the most (and often missing) in most people's health regimen. The book describes what these basic factors are very clearly; and then gives you a way to rate yourself each day to determine the 'key link' that will give you the 'quick fix' you're looking for to feel better. It's simple and easy to understand. Then again, your health probably should be. The cost of this book is way less than a trip to the doctor's office and Dr. SAM's 'prescription for better health' just seems to make good sense!

This book is like the 'Cliff Notes' of better health and wellness. The author does a good job in providing simple tips and strategies of how one can improve their health and feel better overall. This is the kind of book that you may want to read several times, so the simple message really sticks! The author highlights why so many people often fail to improve their health, and then shows you how to avoid being one of these people. The message is clear and the wording is easy to grasp. I would say that this is one of the best books that I've read in a long time on health. I say this not because of what the book covers, but what it doesn't cover as well, which is the all-too-often, over-hyped, next best cure known to mankind that really doesn't work! Conversely, if you apply the simple guidance in this book to feel better, it really should work!

Don't let the size fool you. For a small book, it delivers a big punch. When I first picked it up, it had my curiosity, and the more I read, the more I realized how important the message was. The book provides a link to some bonus material as well, which to be honest, is definitely worth buying the book just for that alone. This book offers practical advice for those who wish to feel better fast. I liked the layout of the book. It provided a comprehensive approach to health. Although I was content, I really wanted more. However, I realized that if this book was very lengthy, then it wouldn't really be a 'quick fix', would it? (LOL) At such an affordable price, you will be making a great investment in your health!

Many books on health are boring. I found this author's style refreshing and uplifting. The book combines some simple action steps to improving your health with some light humor to get the main message across. If you want the 'quick fix', it is possible, but you do have to 'earn your health' each day and the book shows you how to do that. Kudos to 'Dr. SAM' for a job well done. This book says what I've been trying to tell my family and friends about health for a long time, but it says it better. So, I plan on buying more copies to give to them!

By the way I loved this book, since I read it I'm committed to working out 5 days a week and decided to become a vegetarian again. I really enjoyed the chapter about the importance of breathing, and giving 3 hugs a day and I learned to not drink things that are too hot or cold and to swish it around in my mouth before swallowing. I picked up on those things, it was nice to be reminded about how to live a healthier lifestyle. Now I'm motivated to change.

Some very interesting ideas about how to stay healthy. For example, "if you need an alarm clock to wake up in the morningyou're
not getting enough sleep." He goes on to explain that health is earned, and if you have sleep debt (sleep deprived) , it must be repaid. Many of the ideas are things that we all know, but he explains how we are affected by the unhealthy activity. Good read!
