Fantastic Debut Album, April 17, 2009

Aslan are a five piece rock band from Dublin that took Ireland by storm in the mid-eighties. This is their debut album. They were about to conquer the world but imploded due to lead singer Christy Dignam's drug problems. This album is a testimate of where there were at the time and of the potential that they had. Feel No Shame is arguably the best debut album from any Irish Rock Band during that period (even, surpassing U2's Boy). Songs such as the 'This Is', 'Loving Me Lately' and 'Pretty Thing' show the quality of their craftmanship. I cannot recommend this enough. It still sounds as good today as it did back then.
