5.0 out of 5 stars FEEL
Outstanding cd!! A rare treat to find 10 quality songs on one cd. The cd is filled with intelligent, cathchy tunes in the mode of The Cars meet The Bealtes. Track #3, "Under the Radar" is the highlight of the cd but the other nine songs are a close second. An excellent a debut album!!

I am very disappointed in this CD. Lyrics are sophomoric, music is bland and uninteresting. I appreciate Beatlesque music and am a big fan of Jason Falkner, Owsley et al. But this had no redeeming features for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great first album, October 9, 2002

This is a very strong first album. Feel has a sound that falls somewhere between Tom Petty and the Beatles, and it is very catchy and upbeat with great lyrics. I listen to it in the morning while I'm getting ready for work, and it puts me in a great mood.

If you have the chance to catch Feel live, you should definitely do it. They are the real deal - they sound great in person!

I love tracks 1,2,4 & 7.

5.0 out of 5 stars Feel----great music, great lyrics you can understand!!, October 1, 2002

I loved this CD. Finally something that we can feel good about our kids listening to. Not one vulgur word or phrase. How refreshing. The sound is unique and exciting. I loved the song
"Girl in a Raincoat". Can't wait to hear these guys on the radio. A group truely gifted and talented musicians.

5.0 out of 5 stars Grabs you on the first listen!, May 4, 2003
This review is from: Feel (Audio CD)
Feel's music is extremely well-produced hook-laden pop that might remind you of feel-good AM radio hits of the 70's, like "Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac, or "The Things We Do For Love" by 10CC.

These guys have a big sound and mature lyrics. The first four songs have such catchy melodies and choruses that you'll almost immediately want to start singing along.

I haven't stopped listening to this disk since I purchased it on Monday--beautiful harmonies, great lyrics, outstanding.

Formerly "Bachelor Number One," their song "I Am the Summertime" was featured in American Pie.

This is a spectacular album that demonstrates all that is awesome about Power Pop. Singer and songwriter Scot Sax breaks out clever would-be classics such as "Come On Down" and "Got Your Name On It." The catchy tunes are suprisingly mellow despite their infectious nature. The songs on this album have all been written many times before since the dawn of popular music, but Feel reinvents them so ingenuously that the listener almost forgets every other boy-meets/loves/loses-girl song that has become the standard for rock music. Naturally charming without being over the top, this is a required purchase for the Power Pop enthusiast. I can't wait to hear more from this great band.

This is a great CD from beginning to end! The first two songs, Won't Stand In Your Way & Got Your Name On It, are my personal favorite. Billy Alexander's guitar playing shines on this CD! You can not go wrong with this one!!!

I met "Feel" with my girlfriend on a plane to Hawaii. Scott was nice enough to give us a single of the song "Got Your name on it". After we grabbed our rental car we popped in the CD and were instantly hooked. Now we have the CD. Great music by a great group of guys. It was nice meeting you Scott - can't wait for the next CD.

This album gets me through the traffic- that's a big one where I come from- takes me away from too many sunny days and brings me back again- it reminds me to keep on going- not take it too serious and lets me fall in love with music again...hope they make another one soon I want to FEEL some more.
