5.0 out of 5 stars This CD is good, February 25, 2002

This review is from: Feelin Good (Audio CD)
This CD is amazing and good, those who do not even like jazz like this album. Never listen to the first track though, it is evil. I have owned this album 4 years and I have never listened to the first track.

5.0 out of 5 stars Feelin'this...!!!, February 17, 2010

Featured here are eight uplifting tunes spanning the musical genres and guaranteed to leave you feelin'good! This essential collecion of old skool jazz dance music has been compiled by On The One Magazine in association with Luv N' Haight records. These grooves, like the pages of On The One and the Ubiquity catalog, are crammed full of latin jazz,Brazilian style beats, modal sounds, heavy bass lines, tasty vocals, rare grooves and other favorites that make great dance music. If you only buy one brazilian style compilation in your life make sure it's this one! ''Feelin'good Feel this''.

5.0 out of 5 stars Feelin' Great, February 19, 2005
This review is from: Feelin Good (Audio CD)
Well, simply put. I love this album and I am very lucky to have gotten a copy whilst it was still in print. I agree with the other reviewer who stated the first song is evil. It sucks. But the rest are very thoughtfull and inventive dance jazz. They all have their own take on what makes people groove. My favorite track is Uncle Funkenstein Died - Uncle Funkenstein. It rocks. and its too bad that Uncle Funkenstein and the overton berry ensemble - who do track number 2, have not put out anything else. Or if they have i have never been able to find it. Anyways, I digress. This album is sensational. I highly recommend it to anyone who can find a copy.
