5.0 out of 5 stars Very informative , fun read!, January 1, 2005
This review is from: Feelin' Hot? A Humorous, Informative and Truthful Look at Menopause (Paperback)
Feelin' Hot came to my attention at just the right time. I was just beginning to feel the effects of Perimenopause in my life (which can be very confusing) and Rebecca's book has been very helpful and fun too! I use the book as a constant resource as I confront new challenges that pop up in my life.

I would actually go through menopause again if I had Rebecca's book to guide me through it. Her humor and knowledge were both comforting and helpful - she answered just about every question a menopausal women could have. Thanks for the informative ride. After reading Rebecca's book, being 54 "ain't so bad".
Thanks for the lift.

Finally, an easy to read and informative book on menopause! The author's years of actual medical experience provides clear solutions and options for dealing with the very natural process of menopause. She provides non-biased information on the role of hormones, both synthetic and natural.
This book is fun to read and you'll find yourself using it as your primary reference as you go through perimenopause and menopause.
