It's refreshing to see that research and treatment of relationships can come down to earth with ordinary language, as in the title of this new book. Although by scholars, for scholars, this anthology--50 authors, 22 chapters--puts a simple, strong, neglected theme front-and-center where it should be. Ordinary people know what hurt feelings are; here some professionals prove that they do, too.
