5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent guide for the layperson, August 2, 1997
By A Customer
Blakley and Siegel do an excellent job of explaining dizziness in terms that are easy to understand for a person unfamiliar with medical terminology. I have Meniere's Disease, of which dizziness is a symptom, and this is the first book I turn to for reference. Its only drawback is that is isn't up-to-date on current treatments, which is, of course, impossible

This review is from: Feeling Dizzy: Understanding and Treating Vertigo, Dizziness, and Other Balance Disorders (Paperback)
This is my "new" bible now. One has to do all the exercises to help oneself to overcome this problem! Also one needs to take a good "B-Complex" vitamin every other day!
