I really think that reading this book has helped me get through the difficult times in my life.
Easy to read, easy to understand, very helpful information to practically use for yourself or others with scripts and lists of feelings, etc. included.
The book is a classic for helping resolve conscious and subconscious negative emotions/feelings.
