i know the sleeve needs to be snug, however it is a little too snug. i think i should have gone up a size. i am a ladies size 9/10 and the size chart said go with the small/medium. however, if i were to reorder, i will go up a size.

I've dealt with plantar fasciitis for over 5 years and have had little relief. Dr. prescribed orthotics which were very expensive gave me some relief when worn in 'certain' shoes but of course there was pain when I get up in the morning or in the middle of the night. These little sleeves are amazing!!!! I wear them EVERY NIGHT and most days and I don't have that pain anymore. Not at all! I can't believe the relief and it happened within hours of wearing the sleeves. Why wouldn't doctors recommended it to their patients? Because there is much money to be make in selling orthotics to you or billing your insurance. I was given the uncomfortable the hard, foot wrap to wear at night but it's a pain to wear on both feet every night to boot. The sleeve is not too tight or nor uncomfortable and I am not exaggerating. You'll love yourself for trying out this sleeve.

From the moment I slipped this on I could tell it was making a difference in my Plantar Fasciitis pain. I wear this at night (I only have pain in my left foot) and during the day as much as possible provided I am wearing shoes that it doesn't show in. This sleeve has enabled me to start running again in short, well-spaced intervals. I am very happy to have found this product. This doesn't completely "cure" my pain, but it has definitely made a big difference when nothing else (stretching, icing, orthodics) really seemed to.

I have machine washed on delicate and dried on low heat without any deterioration of the effect. I have two that I rotate and they are both holding up beautifully.

SO FAR SO GOOD.. I've been wearing it 24/7 (obtaining noticeable results)

(when i read reviews, I want to know info - Size, Fit & stuff bout item - not shipping)

Hence, for comparison:

My foot is 26.5 cm
Men's Shoe size 8.5 to 9.5
Foot circumference at Arch & Achilles 24cm - 9 1/2inches

THIS Small/Med FITS GREAT!! Snug - Not too tight - Not too loose

Many people with plantar fasciitis complain it lingers like an old war injury that never goes away. Unfortunately, I bought inserts but didnt do much 1st 2 months..
And my problem got worse.. Now I am going into all out war against it, since it is lingering.

TRIED / RETURNED these (2) night braces:

Returned(1)MUELLER SPORTS MEDICINE - Adjustable Plantar Fasciitis Foot Night Support,
Positives: Good foot platform to support while brace gently raise my foot/toes.
Negatives: Support brace pulls ankle cuff forward, compressing achilles tissue, thereby letting foot drop.

Returned(2)ACTIVE ANKLE - DNS Dorsal Night Splint Small ( Yes, I returned this item)
Positives: Quality workmanship for comfortable padding, fit and support.
Negatives: Support braces don't have appropriate bracing to keep foot from slipping down and having toes drop.

JOBAR - Plantar Fasciitis Splint - (Best splint/THIS DESIGN WORKS) - Toes pulled from higher up on the leg.
Positives: Inexpensive & does what its supposed to. Actively draws-up toes to keep Fascia in a stretched position.
Negatives: Digs in front of leg above shin and bottom of foot as its pulled up.

ALL in ALL:

JOBAR brace - Nightly
FEETURES Sleeve - 24/7
ORTHERA Orthotic - Daily (Orthera Dress Orthotic Inserts, Mens size 9.

I have been fighting my Plantar Fasciitis for 6 months. After starting to wear this sleeve my pain level is subsiding.
Sometimes I have no pain at all. I ordered a second one, so I never have to be without one on. Seemed a little pricey at
first. But definitely worth the money

I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fascitis many years ago and have prescription orthotics, but my foot pain is still there in varying stages every day. I thought these might give a bit more help and maybe improve my days a little. I only bought one and thought I would just switch it between right and left. I wore it 24-7. At night on one foot, in the morning on the other foot, then switch it around the next day. I don't know, maybe they are not meant to be worn 24-7, maybe my problem is not helped by this, but after about 4 days I had borderline severe pain in the arch of my feet. Granted, my heels didn't hurt, but my arches were BAD. I laid off the use of this for a couple days and we are back to normal now; some pain in my feet every day, but nothing severe. I might try it again and maybe just wear it at night. I will say, I wear a size 7 1/2, and I ordered the S/M which fits 7-10.5, and I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take the thing off cause it was much too tight for the comfort of sleeping! Just not sure this is the fix it claims to be, but will try again at shorter sessions.

OK, so here is an update. I have started wearing this only at night while sleeping, alternating between right and left foot each night, and it seems to be much better. Less pain in the morning at my heel, and NO arch pain at all, and not the severe pain I had before when wearing it all day. Maybe it was too much to wear it with my orthotics during the day. Anyway, it seems to be much better this way. If you wear prescription orthotics, maybe only wear this when sleeping.
