Nice product, but like all Fein products, expensive. Fortunately it's quality, unlike their saw blades which wear out quickly. I very much like the dust extraction, works great.

Why have a seperate orbital?,

My only complaint is I can't use the sandpaper from my old orbital that died. I don't feel that I need a new one (and ended up cutting the circles to size), as this has done a great job replacing it. Two things to keep in mind, I am a recreational DIY'r/woodworker and have only used this on a few pieces. I am making a table, but haven't gotten to sanding yet, I assume it will work just as well as on the other flat pieces I have used it with. May take a little more time than just having an orbital (if the orbital is larger), but works as well as the dewalt I used to have.
