Almost heavy,

I was a little dissappointed. I heard "Der Mann Mit Dem Koks" on an online radio station and it is by far my favourite on the album. But the rest was just too soft. It reminded me of Scorpion meets Rammstein. It could have used some fine tuning with the mixing.

An excellent display of power from Austrian natives Stahlhammer, the only real down falls of the album are the introduction "song" and the sometimes straight from the '80s vocals. Songs such as "Der Mann Mit Dem Koks" and "Herz Aus Stahl" sound pretty trippy with the heavy guitar and the addition of instruments, which are not normally seen in heavy metal music. (i.e. violin)I would still recommend any Rammstein or Megaherz album to shoppers, but if ya have some spare loot... you know what to do.

often some people say this group from austria is like rammstein, but i think they are much better as rammstein.the song "was ist das"(what is that)is only an intro, but than the album really starts with "am liebsten von hinten"(at best from the back),a song about some strange sex.then comes the title-song "feind hört mit"(enemy is listen),"herz aus stahl"(heart from steel)with an melodic violin, the groovy "schlag mich"(hit me),the 2 genial falco-covers "jeanny" and "der mann mit dem koks"(the man with the coke),"messerschmied"(knife smith)with techno beats and the last 2 songs "kein schöner land"(no nice country),an austrian folk song, and the ballad "strom der zeit"(stream of time).so,you can say this is a very good album.the only things which matters are that the album has only 10 songs and 45 minutes play time.

This album was excellent. It's a lot like Rammstein or Laibach, but with a heavier beat.

Great techno-metal !!!!!!,

I know nothing about Stahlhammer. I borrowed this album from a friend and liked it! The sound is very powerful in some tracks, but in others ("Jeanny" and "Strom Der Zeit") it's very disappointing. Overall it's an interesting CD!
