It's bluish. It's dim. It has a quality like moon light. Fortunately for me: that's exactly the look I was going for (though a little less blue color would have been preferred).

In my home remodeling project, the garage finally got reconnected to electricity yesterday but the pre-existing yard bulb shined too brightly into the new west windows of the house. So this Feit LED bulb made a nice replacement. I use it to augment a nearby floodlight around the corner. It casts a dim, bluish fill light - much like having a half- or three-quarter moonlit night.

(In my reading of the Feit website, I see they describe the Accent LED lights, as the name implies: as accent lights, not intended for general lighting.)

I bought quite a few of those bulbs not so long ago. Today, the last one of them ended its short life. So much for their longevity "of up to 30,000 hours": none of mine survived the first thousand.

AS I lighting designer I see a lot of LED replacement lamps. For such a low price this is a decent lamp, but be aware it is 1.6W and is equivilant to a 25W Incandescent lamp, so do not expecet high light levels. It gives a nice soft glow of light

Might be good for a porch light or for a closet or something. I'd say it's roughly equivalent to a 20W incandescent. One of the better Feit bulbs -- every other Feit bulb I've tried is good only for "accent" lights.

But still, it's nothing like a 40W or 60W replacement bulb. For that, I'd recommend the NICHIA Series E27 LED 60 watt replacement bulb -- but it comes at 3x the price.
