Fast response, stand behind product
I ordered 4 bulbs, for which they gave me an expected delivery date. I actually received the bulbs in about 3 days, much sooner than expected, but 1 of the bulbs failed within a couple of seconds of being turned on. I wrote Florida Eco Products, and they sent a new bulb, no questions asked. The bulb worked fine, and I received it before the original expected delivery...

Not very fast "instant-on"
I have other instant-on fluorescents that brighten up about twice as fast as these. Still happy with them, because my Home Depot's 18W bulbs are all the old slow-start kind and these beat them easy.

I ordered 4 bulbs, for which they gave me an expected delivery date. I wrote Florida Eco Products, and they sent a new bulb, no questions asked. The bulb worked fine, and I received it before the original expected delivery date! I'm very happy with energy I'm now saving, and I'm impressed that Florida Eco Products trusted me enough to just send a new bulb without requiring me to spend the money and time to ship the defective one back. I highly recommend Florida Eco Products, and the bulbs. gsh
