Waste of Money, October 19, 2010

I purchased this embroidery machine. When it comes everything is in chinesse. You have to switch the machines language setting. Then the graphics were horriable and not only that the ones you can download are very limited but when you download them the quailty is even worse. The topper on the cake the machine only lasted 2 weeks and broke. When you contact them about exchange you find out the item has to be sent to china on your money and they will not exchange or refund after thirty days the item has to be back in china before the thirty days. The catch is if you have ever purchased from china it takes thirty days for it to get there so unless you return it right when the ups man brings it you might can get your money back. I am stuck with a broke machine...This was the Worst deal ever. If you are thinking of buying one you can have mine and see if anyone can repair the chineese piece of crap :)
