After buying and throwing away nearly every available brand of hand pruner on the market, I tried and fell in love with Felco pruners. The #F-21 was my first two-hand pruner and I love it as much as my old trusty #7 hand pruners. The handles are aluminum - they're very light but sturdy. The cutting blades and hinge parts are replaceable at a very reasonable cost. In my opinion, this is the best two-hand pruner available, especially with Felco's life-time guarantee. If you're looking for an excellent two-hand pruner, you can't go wrong with this model.

We are avid amateur gardeners living on ten acres, with lots of fruit, nut, and ornamental trees. This sturdy, well-designed tool is a pleasure to use. It stands out in today's sea of easily broken, flimsy tools.

In my opinion, no one makes better shears than Felco, but these aren't quite heavy enough for our needs--we should have gotten the next size larger.

These Felco pruning shears work very well on all tree limbs, about 1 1/2" and smaller. We needed to get these for iron-like palm fronds that we could only cut with a reciprocating saw. The shears work great; taking about a 3" bite on each side of the frond.

We have used Felco's for over 35+ years and they always perform and are worth every penny. Not only are they easy to maintain and so well designed? THEY LAST and LAST. Parts are easy to get and they blades hold an edge well. I own the f-20,f-21 and f-22 and they always perform as expected. You get what you pay for. I still have my first pair of #2 hand pruners from about 1982? They are so well made and designed that I know I'll have them for another 30 years. Felco is the only way to go..... Swiss made quality is worth it.

The recipient of this Felco was jut thrilled. She told me that it was light enough to do some overhead work. I'm going to put it on my wish list for next holiday.

I made the decision to spend a bit more for the Felco 2 hand pruners because I've become such a fan of the Felco 2 model. I do a fair amount of pruning professionally and have used several other brands. Most of them wouldn't hold up to rigorous use. Even worse, some "held up" and worked poorly.

I have used my Felco 2 hand pruners for an entire season now. I always have them in the seat behind my truck for quick access. It is a quality precision tool that shows every indication of lasting. The design is very basic and light with aluminum handles and steel jaws. The cutting mechanism is well made and goes along way in reducing my fatigue.

The quality of a swiss made product rears it head yet again in these shears, crisp, sharp and sure. A pleasure to use would easilly recomend to any purchaser.

I have used different brands of pruners for over 50 years with different degrees of success. I actively manage 25 acres of forest, garden and orchard, and use shears almost weekly. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Most of the other shears have worked for a few months and then various problems have occurred that rendered them mostly useless. Even repairs and new parts have been short lived. When I first picked these up I could feel the difference, solid and sharp. I have used them several long days now and really notice the quality and precise cuts. My only complaint is I wish I had bought the longer handle model so I could stand straighter, maybe next year. Great tool.
