You just can't beat a Felco product. They cost a little more, but your paying for quality. These will literally hold up to a lifetime of wear and tear with an occasional oiling and sharpening.

I am an avid gardener and quite a garden-tool snob, so I will tell everyone to never, ever buy this product. It's a very EXPENSIVE piece of JUNK!!! They are flimsy, they stick after every cut (extremely frustrating), and the spring is weak. It felt as though they would fall apart after my first use. I have several pairs of shears because I like to keep shears in different places... front and back yard. So I thought I'd buy these based on the description. BIG MISTAKE. Shame on FELCO selling crap like this.
Next pair I buy will be from the hardware store so that I can actually hold them in my hand and know what I'm getting. AND MY NEXT PAIR OF SHEARS WILL NOT BE A FELCO.
DO NOT BUY THESE. Go to the hardware store!!

I went to a Garden Club workshop and one of my daughters forgot her shears. A woman at the next table loaned her some Felco shears and they worked so well I ordered a pair for each of my daughters and myself for Christmas! We like them!
