I love this mouse pad. It has a very sturdy base that keeps the pad from sliding around the desk. The gel wrist rest is just the right height and is quite comfortable even after prolonged usage. The mousing surface is smooth which makes it perfect for optical mouse. The fact that is contains Microban does provide me with an additional peace-of-mind as well.

I am a computer professional and over the years I have been having problems with my wrist because of excessive use of mouse. I tried a lot of mouse pads but Fellowes Gel wrist rest and mouse pad is the best and I strongly recommend it to everyone

This mousepad is terrific! Unlike previous mousepads that I've had, this one seems to have stayed stain-free and in almost new appearance. The built in wrist rest is also an important feature. I love this mousepad!

This is the only mousepad with wrist rest that does not make my hand and wrist hurt. I have tried many other brands that were less expensive but within just a couple of days my hand would mold itself into a twisted claw of uselessness. Thank you for saving my hand!!

I use a laptop computer but don't like using the touch pad. I love this mouse pad because it comes in a tray that allows the mouse to work even when it's sitting on a soft surface such as a bed. The gel wrist rest is very comfortable also.

The product was unfortunately as one other customer described it. Not was it used to be. If I had never owned the previous Fellowes Gel Support mouse pad I would have probably been happy with this one. But the gel pad is half the size of what it used to be and a bit stiffer. I could not however retrieve my old one as the gel pad was coming apart. This particular model has a fixed gel pad so it does not come off like the previous one. I already noticed some discomfort as compared to the previous one (small electric shocks in the wrist), maybe due to the stiffer material. For the price, I am a little disappointed.

If this is your first fouse pad with a wrist rest, it will feel a little wierd at first. Once you get used to the feel you will really start to notice the benefit on your wrists. The support is firm enough to keep my wrist in place (i am a pretty big guy) and the mouse pad is slightly smaller than my normal pad. My only problem is that the pad was so slick that my mouse kept going beserk on my. I fixed the problem by putting my old mouse pad on top, i get the benefit of the wrist support which is my main concern.

This a good product. It is very comfortable and easy on the wrist. If I have one complaint it is that the pad itself is a little small.

Being a professional geek and very picky about what type of hardware accessories I buy I did a bit of research before landing on this product to buy. The reason this was bought was due to my pull out drawer being small in size. It measures 11 inches depth and 32 wide. So with a cool keyboard I purchased here at Amazon (Logitech Illuminated Ultrathin Keyboard with Backlighting) there was little space for a full size mouse pad with wrist support. Enter the Fellowes Gel Black Wrist Rest & Mouse Pad w/Microban. It fits perfectly in the space I have (less than 8 inches of mouse operating real estate) and the mouse fits perfectly on it (Logitech MX 1000 Laser Cordless Mouse). Holds it secure and the mouse pointer moves smoothly. As before I was just using the wood of the desk drawer and the mouse pointer would jump all over the place but now we got that pointer tamed and it likes its new home. Good buy - in fact one of my best buys of the year thus far. Who would of thought a hominid like me would love a mouse pad.

Mouse pad is a little smaller & the wrist pad is lower than my previous Fellowes pad, but good. Not sure about paying more for the Microban though.
