The plastic feet cannot be made to go on the bottom as shown in the photos. This appears to be a manufacturing flaw in the feet--the channel in them is too small. The racks also have a duller finish than appears in the online photos; definitely not a chrome kind of look.

Otherwise, they seem OK.

This item has proved worth it's weight in wire. It's flexible enough to avoid easy damage, and it's been great for keeping items organized but easily available on the desktop.

Solidly built desktop organizer that allows me to have to always have my active files within view, without sprawling them all over my desk. Each slot holds perhaps 200 pages and the construction is solid. It has fallen off my desk a few times, so a weighted base wouldn't be a bad idea, but that might just be a corollary of my foot's repeated presence on the desk rather than an inherent flaw of the product. This thing is flipping awesome!
